Christening

My friend Alison asked me to photograph her godson's christening. When we got to the house Jonathan's big sister was there waiting for the day to start. She had gotten her bath before we got there and in her dress, but hungry for an apple. I couldn't help, but start photographing her. She had this adorable dress on, a half eaten apple in her hands, this bib her dad found to put on, and wet hair that made her look even more edible:)

Family Visit

Scott's Dad and Step Mom (Cindy) came to visit us this week. Yesterday we had a fun filled day of adventures. We started off at Frank Lloyd Wright's "school" and ended the day with a jeep tour on the Apache trail. I learned a lot about Mr. Wright and the land on the Apache trail. When family comes Scott and I realize how little we have learned in the 2 some years that we've lived here ha ha. On the way back from the oh so bumpy jeep ride we hit a rock and popped our tire. Our wonderful tour guide was able to change the tire and off we went. Never a dull moment with family:)

Seitzer Family

Remember Carson and Teagan?? I was able to photograph the Seitzer family at MacDonalds Ranch last weekend:) I love this family! We spent an hour at the farm and got some really great shots. The boys did a great job and the weather was beautiful. I love Phoenix:)

Alison's Shower

I was able to surprise Alison for her baby shower:) We were talking through facebook a few times before about her maternity shoot and it took a lot out of me not to tell her that i'll be photographing her shower. The day was beautiful and they were blessed with so many gifts. I'm so excited for her and Joe and can't wait to meet baby Sofia.

Christi & James' Wedding

So crazy story...I got notice from a mutual friend of Christi and I saying that she is getting married Sunday and might call me to photograph. I got this call on Friday and the wedding was on Sunday. Christi and I got a hold of each other and I of course said yes! Christi and I actually graduated High School together (back in Ohio) and we now both live in Arizona:) I showed up on Sunday and shot her beautiful day. The weather was amazing and so was the entire night:) It was a small and intimate wedding filled with love, laughter, and joy. I'm so happy for you two! Best wishes on many years to come. Thank you for allowing me to be your photographer.

Abby & Craig's Wedding

Last weekend I was honored to photograph my first wedding for Abby and Craig. The wedding was in Pennsylvania and was beautiful. I cannot say enough good things about both of their families and friends. Amazing people!! I started my editing tonight and still have a ways to go, but I can't wait to finish and be able to show them their photos.
